Welcome to HaveFun Live Show at Bugis+ (201 Victoria Street, #07-01, Bugis+, Singapore 188067). By making a booking or purchasing tickets through our online portal https://havefunliveshow.exabloom.com/online-booking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your payment.

1. Booking and Payment

• Entry Fees: SGD 15 per person (Mon–Thu) and SGD 35 per person (Fri & Sat), inclusive of 1 standard drink. Pricing may vary during promotions.
• Sofa Reservations: Non-refundable deposit required. Minimum spend applies as follows:

Note: Deposits are deducted from your total bill at the venue. Remaining spend must be fulfilled at the event.

Booking Fees & No-Show Charges: For selected promotional reservations (e.g., $1 High Table Sofa), a non-refundable booking fee is collected. This does not count as a deposit. A S$50 no-show charge applies if you fail to arrive by 9:30 PM.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No refunds for cancellations.
• Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 3 days’ notice via WhatsApp at +65 6993 9903 or +65 8318 9300.
• No-shows or late arrivals will result in deposit forfeiture or a S$50 charge for booking-fee-based reservations.
• In rare cases, the venue may cancel/reschedule due to events or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Entry and Attendance

• Operating hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 8:30 PM – 3:00 AM. Closed on Mondays unless otherwise stated.
• Entry requires valid booking confirmation and compliance with dress code and venue rules.
• Dress Code:
  • Males: No sleeveless tops, no shorts/bermudas, covered shoes required.
  • Females: No slippers or slides.
• Minimum age: 18 years old. Valid ID required. SingPass accepted for locals; passports for foreigners.
• Reserved seating is guaranteed per booking. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served.

4. Minimum Spend

• Minimum spend must be met for all sofa reservations. This includes all F&B purchases.
• If spend is not met, a top-up will be charged at the end of the night. Deposits do not count toward this top-up.

5. Promotions and Packages

• Promotions are subject to availability and valid during specified periods only.
• Inclusions such as drinks or snacks are fixed and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Guests must follow staff instructions to ensure safety.
• We may change performance schedules or seating for operational needs.

7. Conduct

• Disruptive or intoxicated guests may be removed without refund.
• Personal photography is allowed; professional recording requires approval.
• We may use guest content (e.g., event photos) for promotional purposes.

8. Contact and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.

9. Privacy Policy

• We collect necessary personal data to process and manage bookings, verify ID, and meet legal requirements.
• Data is securely stored and shared only with payment processors or as required by law.
• Data is retained only as long as necessary, then securely deleted.
• Guests may request to access or correct their personal data via WhatsApp.
• By booking, you consent to the use and storage of your personal data in accordance with this policy.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and the applicable no-show fee policy.
